On November 3, 2021, One United Properties announced the opening of Ted’s Coffee on the ground floor of the One Tower office building in Bucharest, part of the multifunctional project One Floreasca City.
The space occupied is 129 square meters and the total investment amounted to EUR 200,000.
“The community at One Tower will have access to a wide range of services, and good coffee could not be missing from the work environment,” explained CEO Office Division One United Properties Mihai Paduroiu. “We are glad that Ted’s Coffee has opened this working point with specialty coffee, which will be enjoyed by both the teams working here and the residents of the complex.”
