On October 7, 2021, Echo Investment announced it had sold its Moje Miejsce I office building to an undisclosed buyer for EUR 47.3 million.
According to the company, the building located in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotow district, is “almost fully leased to reputable tenants and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with a Very Good rating.” It is part of the city-forming Moje Miejsce project designed by Jems Architekci and offers nearly 19,000 square meters of leasable space with tenants including Havas Group, Mastercard, Hebe, Corteva, and CitySpace, among others.

The office building, thanks to the ecological solutions and reputable tenants, is an excellent investment product with a guarantee of stable income for a long-term investor. We are glad that this urban space will gain a new co-host.”
