On September 13, 2021, Colliers announced that it had brokered the opening of a second Laolao location in Vienna’s city center.
Laolao is a traditional Chinese restaurant that will open its new location in December 2021. According to Colliers it will occupy a 45 square meters space converted from a former Felber branch into a restaurant.
“Laolao is a positive example of a successful gastronomy concept despite the pandemic – we are very pleased that Laolao is now also coming to the city center,” commented Colliers Austria Head of Retail Tanja Tanczer. “The second location in Herrengasse is the ideal continuation to the first location on Mariahilfer Strasse. Vienna is becoming more and more cosmopolitan and therefore the creative concept of the Laolao owners fits wonderfully to this special location in the high-rise building Herrengasse 6-8.”
