On August 5, 2021, investment and asset manager Deka Immobilien acquired Echo Investment’s Malthouse Offices, the biggest office building of the Warsaw Brewery complex, as well as the historic Malthouse, for approximately EUR 152.3 million.
Warsaw Brewery is an urban rehabilitation project in central Warsaw, encompassing three office buildings, of which the first two – Gatehouse Offices and Villa Offices, were already sold by Echo Investment. Deka Immobilien received an occupancy permit in September 2020 and has already welcomed its tenants in its Malthouse Offices. The asset consists of a seven floors office building, the historic Malthouse, the Central Garden and the historical cellars. The property, completed in September 2020, comprises of GLA 29,600 square meters and two levels underground parking with 180 parking places.
