On July 5, 2021, European industrial company Panattoni announced it had expansed Park Legnica in Poland by 8,500 square meters.
The investment’s tenants were joined by a company specialized in renewing electronic goods and household appliances to be resold over the internet, which will be sold into Western European countries. The new tenant will occupy almost all of one of the halls under construction, which will come into use in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The company states that the new choice of tenant is aligned with its overarching push towards environmentally friendly actions. “Our tenant’s activities contribute to reducing the negative human impact on the natural environment and fit in perfectly with the zero-waste philosophy. Recycling, material recovery, and resource reduction are also key aspects of Panattoni’s projects – and so for such a tenant to choose us represents the best possible recognition of our green revolution,” commented Damian Kowalczyk, Panattoni development director.
